Our morning yoga is for beginner as well as more experienced students. These classes focus on building strength through standing poses, but you will also work with seated forward bends which calms body and mind, and backward bends which strengthens the body and lifts your spirits. A perfect start on anyones day.

Our teacher will adapt your practice so that you can do yoga in a way that suits your body. The class is also good for practitioners who want more practice before attending the more demanding classes. Suitable for all levels.

We give 20% student or senior discount *: Use the code “student” or “honnør” as a discount code in the shopping cart. Valid student or senior citizen certificate must be presented the first class you attend, and on request.
* The discount can’t be combined with other discounts.

NB! No classes on public holidays and the week before and easter weekend.
